ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Christ School Management has not authorized anyone outside to sell application forms for registration to Christ Kindergarten.
2. We do not collect donations for Admissions. So please don’t get misguided by people, by offering donations to them for Admission.
3. The age limit for admission to Nursery is between 3 to 4 years (as of 31 March of the ongoing academic year).
4. All those who have registered online application will be given a time and date for interaction with the principal via WhatsApp/SMS.
5. The decision of the Principal will be final in matters regarding the tests.
6. Registration forms will be processed by the school authorities and admission given to candidates will be at the management’s discretion.
7. Every candidate seeking admission must be introduced in person by the parent or guardian.
8. Registration does not guarantee admission.
9. The selection of the students is the prerogative of the School Management as it reserves. This right is not bound to give reasons for admission or non-admission to any applicant.
10. Failure to turn up for the admission at the appointed time, furnishing incomplete or wrong information and disregard for the rules and regulations of the school will result in the forfeiture of the right to admission/continuation.
11. The admission should be renewed when the students are enrolled in class I and class IX.
12. No student will be admitted to the school without a Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
13. The admitted students are required to fill in the Admission Form and also remit the annual fee and the tuition fee for three months immediately. They should produce the following documents at the time of admission.

ATTACH THE FOLLOWING WITH NURSERY APPLICATION

1. Attach the attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipality/Village,BDO or SHO
2. DOB Certificate issued by the competent authority should have the Registration number on it.
3. Passport size photograph of the child (3 copies).
4. Passport size photograph of father & mother.
5. Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the Child,Father & Mother (mandatory).

SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION: CLASSES 1 to 7

1. TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from the previous school countersigned by the competent authority in original.
2. ACADEMIC RECORD of the child from the previous school (Attested photocopy)
3. CHARACTER CERTIFICATE of the child from the previous school (Original)
4. Authentic Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipality or village,BDO or SHO. D0B certificate issued by the competent authority should have the Registration number on it
5. Attach a copy of the Aadhaar Card of the child. (Submit the attested copy of DOB, not the original)
6. Passport size photograph of the child (3 copies) Passport size photograph of the father& mother.
7. Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card/any official document of father & Mother (mandatory).

INTERACTION WITH PARENTS & CANDIDATES:

Before admitting the fresh candidates to Nursery Class there will be an interaction with parents (father and mother) along with the candidate. Date& time of Interaction with Parents will be informed Through WhatsApp Message/SMS.

APPLICATION DENIED

1. If any information written on the application form is found incorrect.
2. If you fail to fulfill any of the requirements.
3. If you fail to take admission on the specified date.

• The lower Age limit for admission to Nursery (on 1 April) is THREE.
• The lower Age limit for admission to Class 1 (on 1 April) is SIX PLUS as per the standing order of dept.
• Selected Candidates should take admission on the specified date.
• Either father or mother should sign the admission form.
